The day of Nicole & Weston's wedding was gorgeous. The weather was perfect and the temperature felt a little like fall in Florida which everyone knows is pretty rare. Nicole's wedding ceremony was under the shade of a majestic old oak tree with Spanish moss blowing gently in the breeze. She had a long walk to reach her groom, Weston, but when she arrived he knew it was worth the wait! I love his reaction to seeing his bride and the night only got better for these two.
The wedding colors Nicole choose were perfect for a Florida wedding. Blues, blush, ivory and wine colors complemented everything nicely. And the wedding party looked sharp too! We even incorporated an old truck in their pictures. Before we headed inside to get the reception started we had the best golden light for their formal portraits! I love the black and white pictures below of Nicole the most!
Halfway through the reception I took the Nicole and Weston outside one more time once the sun had set to do some night time portraits. The venue coordinator had turn all the decorative lights on outside and after a few tries we were able to make some magic happen in front of the old oak tree and also along the path to the tree with the full moon in the background! I love how those turned out!
The cake was gorgeous and tasted amazing! The food by Willie-Jewels BBQ was also amazing and Feedback Entertainment did a great job keeping the reception going. Towards the end of the night the wedding party was tearing up the dance floor. Nicole and Weston's sparkler exit was the perfect ending to a great night! I enjoyed every minute of their wedding and I was honored to be their wedding photographer!
